The location of the hotel was marvellous, in front of the pedestrian street. And it was also so close to the nice public beach, a forested beach area and 5th avenue.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk from the beautiful and uncrowded beach. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer free bikes for guests to explore the city. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and there is a cute back yard and a rooftop terrace with a stunning sea view.

They offered us beautiful and fabulous rooms with seaview and fridge, for example. A microwave oven, a fridge, and kitchenware were available too.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with a lovely seaview and the balcony, as example and that's great. The setting was quiet, close enough to an excellent beach and the centre of playa del carmen and the ocean and Cozumel.
